Right to Work Checks (Leisure Only) - Right to Work checks can now be recorded on People XD and a copy of the document attached to the employee record. Right to Work checks have been added as a task to the New Starter Task List. See Managers Area for further details
Create Shift Patterns- Devolved HR users now have access to create shift patterns. Guidance and training videos can be found in Managers Area
Happy Birthday Icue - These will be available to view on the app, portal and via email direct to the employee
App Password Maintenance - Password Maintenance is now available via the People XD app and includes:
Password Update/Change - a user is logged onto the app and wants to change their PeopleXD password
Password Expiry - a user's password is due to expire or has expired and the app prompts them to update their password
Password Reset - a user cannot remember their PeopleXD password. A new Forgotten Password option is available from the Native App logon screen to allow them re-gain access to their account
