The company email or company id you will need to use is: plhp (please be aware this is case sensitive and MUST be in lower case)

Items with the ability to drilldown into another screen will display a > to the right of the row
Items where you can either drilldown or swipe to complete an action will display a | to the right to the row.
When a filter is available on screen a white dot will display when there are options selected that are not the default selection.

In the menu select 'My Hub'
At the bottom of the screen you will have 'Tasks', 'Events' and 'Resources'.
Tasks
The default page displayed is 'Tasks'. This will show you any tasks you have outstanding.
Swipe left to view completed tasks
Click on the task to view the details

Company Events will be displayed here
Resources
Shows links to resources for you. Click on the page to access the details (Please note this is currently in development and more items will be added in the future)
You will need to Download the Access Learning App to your device but you have to access the learning through the People XD App
From People XD App, in the main menu tap on 'open access learning'
Sign in using your People XD credentials
You will need to have the access learning app downloaded but you go through the People XD App to open Learning
In the People XD App go onto Menu > Access Learning
Tap on 'Open Access Learning'
It may take you to the app store, if it does, click on Open
Make sure 'UK / Rest of World' is highlighted and tap on 'Sign In'
Look towards the bottom of this page and you will see a black button 'Sign in with People XD', tap on this (don't click the red next button, you need to sign in with People XD)
If it asks you for an Organisation ID, this is plhp (all lowercase) and must be entered all lowercase
You will then be taken to the People XD login page to log in with your username and password
It will then display 'Choose your Organisation'. Tap on this and access learning will open.
Click on the Menu (three lines to the left of Home)
Select Book Time Off - This will display your total days / hours entitlement, Taken, Booked and Remaining
Click on the + button
Select your start and end date
Leave type
Toggle for part day leave (only available for entitlements in days

At the bottom of the screen you can also select My Requests
Cancel - Swipe left to cancel the holiday
Amend - You cannot amend holiday dates on the app so you would need to cancel the holiday and then rebook.
If you are cancelling leave within 7 days of the leave date, this will require approval from your line manager
You will need to add a comment for the cancellation request
The status of the annual leave request will show as Cancel Requested
You will receive an email notification once your line manager has approved or rejected the request
If the request is approved, the status will automatically change to cancelled and the leave will be added back onto your balance
If the request is rejected the annual leave will remain booked and your line manager will provide comments which you can see on your email notification
Tap on the three lines next to HOME at the top of the screen to access the menu
Tap on your name at the top of the menu
This will take you into 'My Profile'. Tap on the area you would like to change details for and make the changes
On the App - Click on the menu button next to Home at the top of the screen
Click on 'Payslips'
Your Payslip summary will be displayed at the top of the screen
You can click on the headings that sit below for Summary, Earnings, Deductions, Detail and Cumulative to drill into the details
At the bottom of the screen you will see an icon 'History'
This screen displays your payslip history and click on the one you want to view
You can also click on the download button to download the payslip (for Load Error message see below FAQ)
Load Error - Files of unsupported formats were not imported
This would be due to the settings on the phone and trying to open the payslip in a format that is not supported.
It could also be that an outdated version of android or other software has caused the error.
P60's are not available to view on the app and you would have to log on via a computer / laptop to view.

If you have issues logging in via the app, always try logging in via the website on a computer / laptop so we can establish whether this is an app issue. If you cannot log in via a computer / laptop either, try resetting your password. If you can then log in via the computer / laptop, try the app again.

Clear the app cache
