What is an Icue?
Icues are notifications which you can view on either the app, portal or via email sent directly to you.
Viewing an Icue in the Portal Website
In the portal you will get a notification in the Bell Icon when you have a new icue
Navigate to the Employee Dashboard > Icue Widget
Click on the three dots and view to read the Icue
Viewing an Icue in the App
On the homepage of the App under the 'What's New' section will be 'Unread Icues'
Tap to go through to the Icue and Tap again to read the Icue
To delete the Icue, swipe left and select archive
