How do I update / change my password?
In the Menu go to Settings and Security
Change Password
What happens when my password expires?
When a user's password is due to expire or has expired, the app will prompt you to update the password
You will start to see a warning on the home page of the app informing you 7 days ahead of the password expiry date
How do I reset my password if I have forgotten it?
Forgotten password option is available from the Native App logon screen - if you use a pin code or thumb print for example to enter the app, you would need to logout to get the log in screen and forgotten password option

What are the password rules?
The password needs to differ from the old password by at least 3 characters and follow the Password Rules:
Minimum Length - 8 characters
Uppercase - 1 (minimum)
Lowercase - 1 (minimum)
Digits - 1(minimum)
Special Characters - 1 (minimum), e.g. * or # or !
Why do I have a session expired message?
When your XD account is locked, you will see a 'session expired' message when you launch the app. The account will need to be unlocked
