Access EVO is your HR and Payroll (People XD) and Learning Management system
You will receive an invitation email to join Access EVO.
Click on the join button and set up your password
If you are a desktop user, bookmark the page as you won't be able to access it using the join button from the email.
If you are an app user, you can download the PeopleXD and Access Learning apps using Google Play/Apple Store.
If you do not have an email address please speak to your line manager and we will provide log in details for you.
On the sign in screen, instead of entering an email address you would click on 'sign in with username'
It is recommended to set up an email account if possible
Your invitation to join will be sent to your email address.
If you have a company work email address, you will not need to set up a password as you can log in directly using single sign on.
If you have a personal email address, you will need to set up a new password
You will be taken to a screen to set up your password. Use the stength guide to ensure it is a strong password and not commonly used
Once you have joined Access EVO you can log in via the desktop version or through the PeopleXD and Access Learning apps.
Click on 'Sign in using google work email address
Enter your work email address
Click Next and you will be automatically signed in
If you are using the app, select the google account and enter your google password
Click on 'Sign in using my email address or username
Enter your email address (you can select remember me to save entering this again on your next login) and click Next
Put in your password
Click on 'Sign in using my email address or username'
Click 'Sign in with username'
Enter your username (numerical number)
Enter your password
Please note your login details will be provided to your manager. Please speak to them if you have any issues
You can access via apps and the desktop version
Apps - You would need to download the Access PeopleXD and Access Learning Apps
Desktop - Please bookmark this page. You can access PeopleXD Dashboards and the Learning Management system by selecting the required options from the Access Button.
You will need to click on forgotten password in the sign in screen
An email will be sent to you with a code. Enter this code to reset your password
Please note that we are unable to reset passwords for you
You can update your email address in 'My profile' or ask your line manager to do this for you. You need to ensure you put your email address into the 'work email address' field. If you do not have a company email address, you can add in your personal email address.
You will be sent an email to the new email address to confirm the change.
Once you have confirmed, you can log in with the new email address
Please note you may be taken to the settings screen once you confirm and you would need to close this screen and log in with your new email address.
Green Tick - to stop the message from appearing again, click on the green tick on the right hand side in the middle of the screen
White Cross - If you click on the white x, this will exit out of the message but will continue to appear every time you log in
If you encounter any error messages, please try in the first instance to clear the cookies as this often resolves the issue.
Some common error messages are 'Sorry the page cannot be found' and 'we have received an unexpected error or response'
To clear the cookies
Google Chrome
Click the three-dot menu then click Settings.
Click Security and Privacy then click Clear browsing data. F
rom the Time Range drop-down menu, select All time.
Select the Cached images and files check box. For login issues, select the Cookies and other site data check box.
Click Clear Data.
Microsoft Edge
Click the three-dot menu then click Settings.
Click Privacy, search and services.
Under Clear Browsing Data, click Choose what to clear.
Select the Cookies and saved website data and Cached images and files check boxes.
Click Clear.
For both Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome, to quickly access the clear browsing data option, press Ctrl, Shift and Delete on your keyboard.
If you are still receiving the error after clearing the cookies, please try restarting your PC
