Self-registration emails are automatically sent out from the system twice a week. Please check your emails and junk folder and look out for an email from donotreply@accessacloud.com
If you still cannot see the email, please ask your Manager to check there is an email address in the 'work email address field' on the employee contact details on People XD. Check the email address is correct and spelt correctly.
Please also note that the emails will not be sent until the employee has been set up on the system.
Below is the Welcome email that will be sent to new users via the donotreply@corehr.com email address:
Welcome to your new HR and Payroll system - People XD.
This email address has been used to register for your PeopleXD account and is your username for your account.
As part of the registration process, this email address must be validated. To do this you must click the link below:

If clicking the link does not work, please copy and paste the URL into a new browser window instead.
Once you have accessed the system and set up your password and security please check all the details you have access to are accurate.
Please note also the Access PeopleXD App is available to download using Google Play/Apple Store.
The company email or company id you will be asked for and need to use is: plhp Please ensure that you enter plhp all in lowercase letters.
You will then be asked for your user name which is the email address that you are receiving emails to and your password.
Please note you may be asked for the last 4 characters of your NI number as identification verification during the registration process.
If you experience any problems please contact your line manager.

Your can request a password reset email on either the portal login screen or on the app login screen following the below process:
Please enter your username and then click on ‘Forgot password or security question’

Make sure you enter your username before clicking on 'forgotten password'
Users will need their username or employee number and date of birth.
The system will automatically send out a link to enable the password to be reset
This email is for individual use only and is only valid for 60 minutes. The link can not be reused. If it expires or does not work users will need to repeat the process.
Green Tick - to stop the message from appearing again, click on the green tick on the right hand side in the middle of the screen
White Cross - If you click on the white x, this will exit out of the message but will continue to appear every time you log in
If you encounter any error messages, please try in the first instance to clear the cookies as this often resolves the issue.
Some common error messages are 'Sorry the page cannot be found' and 'we have received an unexpected error or response'
To clear the cookies
Google Chrome
Click the three-dot menu then click Settings.
Click Security and Privacy then click Clear browsing data. F
rom the Time Range drop-down menu, select All time.
Select the Cached images and files check box. For login issues, select the Cookies and other site data check box.
Click Clear Data.
Microsoft Edge
Click the three-dot menu then click Settings.
Click Privacy, search and services.
Under Clear Browsing Data, click Choose what to clear.
Select the Cookies and saved website data and Cached images and files check boxes.
Click Clear.
For both Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome, to quickly access the clear browsing data option, press Ctrl, Shift and Delete on your keyboard.
If you are still receiving the error after clearing the cookies, please try restarting your PC
